Just great!!! This is awsome!!!! This is now the only recipe I use when making potato bake, it's brilliant. Only had cows cream but will try sour cream next time. Recently I had the pleasure of a quick trip down to Pemberton in the Western Australian south west. Now stick the pot back on the heat and cook the flour and butter out; we're looking to cook out the flour a bit and eliminate. This was absolutely delicious! Will make t his again. Thank you.
