AC is included. The man was very polite and welcoming on check-in and the hotel was very accomodating for our needs when arriving late from the airport. The hotel is located very near the Tan Son Nhat Airport. Just around 5 minutes taxi ride to the airport. We only stayed there for 1 night due to layover. The hotel is relatively new and room facilities are good. The staff are courteous and helpful although their English is not so good but their service is good enough. The breakfast was just good enough although not too many selection.
