I know that there is a cap to damage booster so if I have an amp, boost and magic ability it won't do the full damage because of the cap. I'm wanting to know if his trait, Pagan Allure, is added outside the cap or will this make it not necessary to give him a boost skill and the same with his unique skill Tyrants Mind. If these are affected by the cap then wouldn't it be better to just have Magic Ability and then a bunch of different elements or would it still do more damage to spec into a single element.
