I know it may be silly, but I cant find any way to download an image from Sophos website. After this i just got a information that a further validation is reguired and i have never, ever received any download link, instead of this Sophos already sent me like 10 serial numbers. What is going on? I wanted to try it few months ago and same thing happens. Whats the point of sending a serial number without any information about where or how i can download an image for the product?

I have set up a web policy with quota for gaming. I would like it to disconnect user from site after time is used. The way it works now is the user can continue playing as long as they logged in before the quota time was used up. After quota time is used up if I open up another window and try to log into same game I get site is blocked message but the other window with same game is still active.
