The Forerunner comes with the Full Stop perk, allowing extended range, heavy calibre rounds, with increased precision damage to unshielded targets. Once you have the Forerunner, you can improve it further by unlocking the Forerunner Catalyst - which we discuss in detail at the end of this page.
