Although not confirmed, it is likely there will also be a sixth series as the application submission period for makeup artist contestants closed on 22 November according to the "Glow Up Casting" official Instagram page.

Because we had already done the first series, people who were applying to go on the programme this time knew what to expect. This time a lot of our MUAs feel like they are more editorial, doing make-up on other people - models, actors, actresses - rather than doing it on themselves. There were times where Dominic and I were almost arguing, having a heavy discussion about who should go through and who deserves it more! Some of the contestants were working so hard, you had to make sure the right one went through. At the end of the series I felt like it had been really tough. Tougher than the first time - this is serious. These MUAs really want this.
