To say that Liam Williams had a rough childhood would be an understatement. A combination of a lack of a comfortable home and inadequate parenting from the age of 4 would be rough on any child after all. She used the money that somehow wasn't spent on drugs to buy necessities, she cooked food for him, and she made sure that he didn't stay up too late. Other than that, she couldn't care less about the brown-haired boy. Despite all of this, the young Liam didn't seem to mind this at the time. Yeah, he was pretty lonely, but he was also decently self-sufficient for someone like him. He was able to learn how to fend for himself at the mere age of 5.
