Upon arrival, Officers found a vehicle that had flipped onto its roof. Both drivers and the second vehicle had left the area. No arrests have been made. Early Friday morning, Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of West 16th Street and South Grand Avenue because the car was not properly registered. Two occupants of the vehicle were found to have warrants for their arrest.

In the very early hours of Saturday morning, Pettis County Deputies were dispatched to the block of Winchester Avenue to take a report of assault. After speaking with the victim who was not named in the report , it was learned the assault had taken place at the Tyson Plant parking lot, Whitfield Road, about a half an hour earlier. The victim was transported to the Bothwell Regional Health Center for his injuries, and was later released. The suspect resides in Johnson County.
